Extension of the ATEX5 service until January 30, 2025
This week, as a good practice in requesting Via Oberta services, we will focus on the importance of requesting the appropriate procedure for making inquiries.
As you already know, Via Oberta inquiries must be made within the framework of an administrative procedure. For this reason, when requesting the Via Oberta service that provides the necessary data to process your procedure, you must choose the procedure code that best fits the characteristics of this procedure.
We therefore recommend that in the "Request for authorization by type of procedure for Via Oberta services" to:
- "Description of the procedure": explain the main features of the procedure for which you are requesting authorization and the reason for which the data will be consulted. This will avoid future confusion.
- “Procedure Code” – To decide the drop down code you can visit the “Classification table model for Local Administration”, which gives you a description of each procedure. For example, procedure 2779 has the following description: The purpose of enrollment grants and scholarships is to manage enrollment grants and scholarships in schools. It differs between grants and scholarships, among other reasons, because they have a different tax regime.
Finally, we remind you that once that procedure is authorized by the issuer of the data you need, consumption must be limited to the procedure that has been previously authorized. You cannot, therefore, take advantage of this authorized consumption for another procedure even if it is for one with similar characteristics.
