The UdG Foundation, the Diputació de Girona and the AOC Consortium organize the Postgraduate Program in Electronic Administration and Open Government, which will start its seventh edition this year 2024-2025.

Postgraduate: face-to-face and online edition 

The Postgraduate course, which will start classes on September 27, will combine face-to-face with online classes, in order to be able to extend it to the maximum number of public workers. The online classes, which will be approximately 66% of the program, will be on Wednesday afternoons and the face-to-face classes, interspersed with the others, at the weekend (Friday afternoon and Saturday morning).

The Postgraduate course has as goal train its students in the areas of electronic administration and open government to improve the quality of local administrations.

The Postgraduate course is aimed at:

  • Administration workers of Catalonia (mainly from the local area): technicians, administrators, secretaries, auditors, elected officials, occasional officials and personnel involved in the implementation process of e-administration and open government for local bodies or wants to know what it consists of and what are the challenges and changes it entails.
  • Private sector professionals who work or want to work together with the Public Administration in the areas subject to postgraduate study.
