Update of political organization items from the May 28 elections. How should I do it?

From next May 28th and especially from June 17th, after the plenary session of the constitution of the city councils of Catalonia, the entities that use the political organization module associated with the portal of Transparència that we offer, they will have to update the different items offered in the module.
The changes will affect these items:

How to manage the update?
Updating the module is manual and you will need to enter the portal of transparència to edit the content of items
During the preparation time of the new information, and if the data is already available in Municat (section "Composition of the Plenary"), you can temporarily display the images in the previous format (not customized) for example:

There is a second different option to custom edit each item that consists of delete all the content of the different items, and start from scratch by importing existing data into Municat. This option requires that they have previously been updated in Municat and, therefore, also in open data format. We only recommend this second option if there are many changes.
With regard to the module that incorporates in the presentation the data of the municipal elections (historic character), once they are consolidated in the Municat source, we will process them to be able to automate the data of the electoral results of the year 2023.

We hope that these instructions will make it easier to update the political organization module and we encourage portal users who do not yet have activity to activate it.
