Changes to PSCP web services from the launch of the new tool
This post is over 1 year old. Content may not be up to date.
As we have progressed in other publications, from the implementation of the new Public Procurement Services Platform, both the AOC Consortium (with regard to the web services gateway that it implements in the entities that are part of its scope), as well as the users integrated with the Public Procurement Services Platform, they will have to adapt to the new webservices which will incorporate the new features of the tool that will be implemented on 27/02/2023.
During the year 2023, while these adaptations to the new web services are carried out, there will be backward compatibility with the current service to prevent requests from third-party file managers from failing. However, as progress has already been made during the presentation and training sessions of the new tool, the modifications at the level of data structure, location of fields and new phases, which are incorporated with respect to the current PSCP, will limit the transfer of part of the data by means of the current webservices, so that until the adaptation to the new web services, many of these will need to be reported through the PSCP Publications Manager (interface) of the new tool.
We detail below the main changes you will find from 27 February 2023:
The new files must go through the “Evaluation” phase, between the Tender Announcement and the Award: In other words, it will be necessary to publish the evaluation phase” from the Publications Manager.
Deserted lots are not associated with the award: The publication of desert lots must be carried out from the Publication Manager
The data model has changed. Especially in the adjudication and formalization phases: These fields that are not moved will have to be reported through the Publications Manager
There will be further validations regarding batch information.
In relation to the fields that will not correspond to the new PSCP from the current web service we detail the details below:
at the stage oftender announcement the field will not be processed:
The "Conditions of execution" document will not be sent either
at the stage ofadjudication the fields will not be processed:
Both in awarding and in formalization, it is also necessary to take into account that none of the documents provided in the backtracking SOAP web service have a direct correspondence and will have to be entered manually from the Publication Manager.
We also remind you that all those file and phase data that are in a published state will be migrated to the new PSCP. Anything unpublished in the current PSCP on 24/02/2023 at 8:00 am will not be able to be recovered in the new tool. In this regard, we recommend check that you leave everything that you have sent through your managers published, to prevent this information from being lost.
