The 2021 Digital Government Congress, which will hold its 9th edition on 10, 11 and XNUMX November, is inspired by the great collective explorations of history and this year launches a new format and is committed to encourage the active intervention of the people involved.

This year's hybrid format will combine the face-to-face environment, where all the speakers will attend with the online participation of the people who have registered. Access to the interactive platform will be done individually with a unique access code and will allow you to follow the entire event online and participate in all activities and sessions in real time.

The virtual platform, which has exclusive features for these types of events, includes elements of interaction that offer the possibility of "ask questions to the speaker ”,  do "digital networking ” in different meeting rooms and propose topics for debate. If you are interested you can go ahead with yours content proposals and topics for debate to be able to address them during the three days that the congress lasts.

Typology of the sessions

A series of sessions of different formats have been prepared designed to encourage the dynamism and interactivity of the audience and will be developed based on 5 types:

  • Round tables: The round tables will be very dynamic and both the speakers located on the set and the virtual audience will be able to intervene and exchange views through "Questions and Answers", surveys and live voting.
  • Online papers: The online presentations incorporate engaging audiovisual content that includes animated presentations, pre-recorded videos with interviews, and case studies, among others.
  • Interactive workshops: They are dedicated to promoting collaborative work between teams and that is why they will be carried out in small groups of between 25 and 30 people (face-to-face and virtual version). The work sessions will last 90 minutes and will be eminently practical. They will be led by facilitators who will help us explore challenges and analyze processes applying methodologies and tools of the Design Thinking.
  • Virtual circles: The virtual circles are starring the audience that participates. These are "online" sessions that will be held in small groups of up to 15 people. The idea is to be able to deepen and / or complement specific topics with a specialist in the subject to introduce the topic in the form of a challenge, open the debate and facilitate the conclusions.
  • Digital networking: The options to meet and connect with other people, companies and institutions are maximized within this year’s interactive platform. You will be able to schedule meetings and video calls with other attendees, visit the virtual stands of the sponsors and even have a chat with the speakers themselves.

All these sessions will take place in a virtual environment that will take us on a journey of adventure and exploration to remote lands and has been summarized in a SCHEDULE of 3 days duration. In this joint exploration between people, administrations, universities and companies we will be accompanied by prominent speakers such as Jaime Gómez-Obregon, an engineer specializing in advanced data analytics, an activist for open data and the good management of public money, who will give a talk entitled “Hacking the fear of transparència".
