Canceled the act of delivery of the Recognitions Open Administration

Following the publication of the call for general elections to the BOE scheduled for March 5, the AOC Consortium has been obliged to cancel the act of delivery of "Open Administration Recognitions", which was to be held on March 7 at the Center for Contemporary Culture of Barcelona (CCCB).

The AOC has taken this decision pursuant to article 50.2 of Organic Law 5/1985, on the general electoral system (LOREG) and instruction 2/2011 of the Central Electoral Board, which state that from the call for Elections may not be held, directly or indirectly, by public authorities where the achievements or milestones obtained have been disseminated.

We understand that this restriction applies to the act of delivery of the Open Administration Recognitions and could also be applied to the dissemination actions that the entities that have received this distinction do after the publication of the call in the BOE. For this reason, the AOC Consortium has already provided the bodies with the necessary material for its dissemination:
