The service “Vehicle and Driver Registration (ATEX)", which includes the consultation of the data of a vehicle, a person and one by affiliation, no longer receive the support of the Directorate General of Traffic (DGT). However, they have given a period of 6 months to migrate to the new ATEX5 service to the Entities that are integrated. Those who only use the screens of Via Oberta (EACAT) you won't need to make any changes.
You need to make adjustments to ATEX5 before the end of the year, as it will not give you more time to migrate. Specifically, you need to make the changes to the messaging and modalities that you can find in service integration document Via Oberta – DGT – ATEX.
These changes affect entities integrated through web services but not users who make queries from the portal.EACAT.
