The Deputy Director of Strategy and Innovation of the AOC, Miquel Estapé, presented the project of Transparència from Catalunya in the framework of the seminar “European experiences of strategic management in local governments”, held on 13 and 14 October in Strasbourg.

The seminar, organized by the Institute for the Training of Local Public Managers in France (INET), was attended by experts from half a dozen European countries.
