This document has been prepared by the working group for the preparation of standardized documents, formed by technicians from the Generalitat de Catalunya, the Diputació de Barcelona, the Diputació de Girona, the Diputació de Lleida, the Diputació de Tarragona, the Catalan Association of Municipalities (ACM), the Federation of Municipalities of Catalonia (FMC), the Consortium of Open Administration of Catalonia (AOC) and the College of Secretaries, Auditors and Treasurers of Catalonia (CSITAL), which was established as a result of the framework agreement, of June 2, 2015, signed to collaborate in matters of transparència, access to public information and good governance.
