New service: Electronic copies of Notaries

Under the Collaboration agreement between the AOC Consortium and the College of Notaries of Catalonia (pdf), the new service of Via Oberta makes available to Catalan town councils the possibility of requesting and obtaining copies of documents contained in the notarial protocols by electronic means, in the field of tax proceedings in progress (eg IIVTNU related files)

The Service Letter and the Application Form for access to ELECTRONIC COPIES OF NOTARIAL DOCUMENTS are already published on the AOC Consortium website.

We would like to inform you that we are currently working to expand the types of public bodies that will be able to access them and the new purposes that may be considered.
