[Resolved] [External] Incident detected and resolved in the Digital Envelope service

From the Department of Economy and Finance we have been told that on 20/01/2022 between 00:00 and 11:15 an incident was detected that could have randomly affected the operation of Digital Envelope for the presentation of offers and opening envelopes.
