The new Mass Transmission (TMAS) ofEACAT will start working on April 29 within the new digital environment. This service allows you to send the same procedure to several public administrations through a single submission, thus simplifying the sending of similar communications.
The main objective is to offer a more agile, efficient system with a clearer and more intuitive user experience for users.
Entities that can use it
Only the following will be able to use the new TMAS: supramunicipal entities that were already using this service in EACAT ClassicThese entities can be consulted in the List of public entities that have the TMAS.
Permission migration
To facilitate the transition to the new environment, the permissions of users who could already send mass submissions will be automatically migrated.
In addition, the new service will be incorporated into the same mailboxes where the old service was already located. Sending information, writings and documents.
No change for most users
No action will be required to continue working normally. It will only be necessary to manage permissions or mailboxes in the event of additions or modifications.

What about templates?
Templates from the old system will not be automatically migratedIf any could not be saved before the activation of the new service, it can be requested through a request to Customer Service Center (CAU).
