Platform EACAT This March, it has incorporated several improvements aimed at simplifying processing, reducing confusion and improving the internal management of user entities.
The tray for users without signature permission has been temporarily disabled to avoid confusion. At the same time, improvements have been introduced in the management of signatories on Consorci AOC forms, with more control over who must sign each procedure and a clearer display.
Issues in CSV files have been corrected and compatibility with accents and special characters has been improved, ensuring more reliable data export.
And two new lists have been added: one that links users to AOC services and the other that links mailboxes, inter-administrative processing services and users.
It is now reported when a procedure is managed outside the platform, indicating whether it is redirected to the Generalitat de Catalunya or EACAT Classic.
Alphabetical ordering has been applied to listings, the naming of the Generic Submission and access to the AOC service has been removed from Change of address.
With these improvements, EACAT continues to move towards a clearer, more efficient platform adapted to the needs of public administrations.
