From July 20th, several improvements to the Generalitat's web forms available at EACAT Procedures. These changes aim to simplify access to forms and facilitate their management throughout the processing process.
Easier authentication
Until now, when you initiated a procedure with a Generalitat web form, you had to authenticate again with a digital certificate to access it.
From now on, this step disappearsWhen you access the form fromEACAT, the credentials you used to log in will be reused, so you can start processing without having to authenticate again.
This improvement makes access to forms more agile and reduces the number of steps necessary to initiate a procedure.
New option to send a procedure for signing
Forms incorporate the button Send for signature, which allows you to prepare a procedure so that a person with signing permissions can sign it in the tray To sign of the Processing Space.
Please note that it is not possible to select a specific signatory. The procedure will be available to any person in the entity who has access to the procedure and has permission to sign it.
Depending on the type of signature required, one of the following buttons will be displayed: Send, for the ordinary signature, or Send and sign, for advanced signature (T-CAT).
This functionality facilitates collaborative work between the people who prepare the procedures and those who must sign them.
Clearer tray management In draft
The operation of the tray has also been simplified. In draft, as it will only show procedures that have been expressly saved as drafts. This prevents the appearance of forms that have been started but not saved, which often generated confusion and made it difficult to locate procedures that were pending completion.
The result is a tidier and easier to manage tray.
