Miquel Estapé presents the vision of the AOC to local tax authorities and tax bodies throughout the State
The past 22 of October we completed the Open Government service migration to the new technological infrastructure ofAWS (Amazon Web Services)This action allows us to make an important qualitative leap in terms of security, robustness and speed of the service, thus consolidating the foundations for a more modern and efficient digital administration.
This evolution is part of the AOC's ongoing commitment to guarantee maximum reliability and availability of the digital services we offer to Catalan public administrations, ensuring that they can work with more secure tools and with optimal performance.
Thanks to the new infrastructure:
- We increase security with advanced protection mechanisms, redundant copies and continuous monitoring to prevent incidents and attacks.
- We improve robustness and the ability to respond to occasional increases in demand, ensuring continuity of service during times of maximum activity.
- We reduce loading times and we optimize the user experience for both local entities and citizens, making navigation and consultation of information more agile.
With this step, we make a new progress in the modernization of the Open Government service, which includes the electronic headquarters and the transparency portal, so that it continues to be a tool reliable, efficient and prepared for future challenges.
