The idCAT Mobile can be obtained via the Internet simply and quickly through the website idCAT Phone or in person at the Citizen Service Offices of the Generalitat de Catalunya. According to satisfaction surveys, 87% of citizens are satisfied or very satisfied with the obtaining process. In addition, it is available to anyone in the world with an official identification document such as a DNI, residence card or passport.
The idCAT Mobile is widely used: more than 3 million citizens already have it and on average they use it 5 times a year.
My Health offers three menuseres access: with idCAT Mobile, with a recognized digital certificate such asidCAT Certificate, or with the CATSalut password that can be obtained in person at the primary care center (CAP).
