The Open Administration of Catalonia and the City Council of Tarragona organized a day to disseminate the service on March 23rd Representa distributed in two sessions: a morning session, aimed at local administrations and an afternoon session, aimed at entities, companies and professional associations.
The event, which brought together 120 people between morning and afternoon, aimed to present the service Representa and its implementation in Tarragona City Council. The session included interventions by the Minister of Finance and General Services of Tarragona City Council, Jordi Fortuny and the general secretary of Tarragona City Council, Joan Anton Font, who welcomed the sessions and introduced the importance of the Electronic Registry of Powers of Attorney in the digital strategy of the Tarragona City Council. The person in charge of the service REPRESENTA of the AOC, Judith Waters, detailed the benefits of the service, the key points in its implementation, the available environments and its main functionalities. The head of Information and Communication Technologies, Pep Budí, explained the technical and organizational impact on the implementation of the service and Raphael Roig, from AGTIC, detailed a practical use case at the town hall.
