The EACAT catalog of procedures is the ordered set of services, with their procedures, that providers make available to recipients so that electronic inter-administrative processing can take place.
Each service in the catalog has specific characteristics determined by the provider. Below we detail the requirements of the IFE - Foreigner Reports service, whose provider is the Department of Equality and Feminism.
In order to process the various procedures included in the service, you must:
- Download the smart form from the section documentation which you will find within each procedure.
- Complete and validate the smart form correctly.
- Access the web form - or submission - of the procedure and press Process. If you do not see this button, check the roles with the user manager of the institution and the submission deadlines.
- Complete the submission and attach the smart form. If you need to attach any more documents, you must send them compressed in a zip. This requirement is important since if the submission includes other pdf's you will not have the option to sign it.
- Validate and sign the web form -or submission-.
Once the submission has been signed, you will see the corresponding exit entry in the EACAT register and in My procedures.
