The use of digital services increases by 11%: balance of the AOC 2023
The event to celebrate the twentieth anniversary of the AOC, which will be held on June 14 in the Parliament of Catalonia, will feature a keynote speech by the expert in strategic innovation and president of Lead to Change, Xavier Marcet. His speech will address the challenges ahead to continue moving towards a digital country and the role of the AOC in this area.
Marcet is a benchmark in the field of strategic innovation and management in Catalonia and Spain. Since 2002, he has been helping companies, universities and administrations to implement results-oriented innovation models and is chairing Lead to Change, a networked project dedicated to strategy and innovation consulting.
The President of the Parliament will also take part in the celebration of the 20th anniversary of the AOC, Laura Borras, the Vice President and Minister of Digital Policy and Territory, jordi puigneró, the president of Localret, James Oliveras, the former director of the AOC Joan Anton Olivares and the current managing director of the AOC, Astrid Desset.
Twenty years ago, he started walking Pact for the promotion of a digital administration, with the support of the Government of Catalonia and all the representatives of the Parliament of Catalonia. As a result of this agreement, in 2002 the Open Administration Consortium of Catalonia was born, which, together with the Catalan administrations, has collaboratively and decisively promoted a digital country.
