The Provincial Council of Tarragona promotes interoperability in personnel selection processes: DigiCanvis
Since last October, Catalonia has been a member of theOpen Government Partnership (OGP), the Global Open Government Alliance or international network that the Open Government has been promoting since 2011. It includes more than 70 states and also 70 cities and regions that have joined it local program.
La Catalan candidacy to be part of it it was presented by the Generalitat de Catalunya on behalf of the Network of Transparent Governments and the Barcelona Open Data Initiative on behalf of civil society.
Catalonia's membership in the OGP allows an exchange of experiences and resources between Catalan entities and other countries. But the most important consequence is that members of the local OGP program commit to developing one OGP Action Plan in a co-created way between public administrations and civil society.
In this sense, the past 6 May 2021 theOpen Government of Catalonia Agora, as a multi-sector open government co-creation space (made up of both public administrations and civil society), to monitor the co-creation process of the OGP Action Plan.
After a few months of work, the next one January 20, 2022 will be performed the presentation of the OGP Catalunya Action Plan, in a Management Seminar (online) entitled: Participation? Co-creation? How we should do public policy with the citizens.
In addition to the presentation of the OGP Catalunya Action Plan, the conference also aims to reflect on co-creation processes and learn about upcoming experiences such as learning from the case study of the OGP Plan of the Basque Country or the TeRRIFICA Project (linked to climate change).
The conference will feature lectures on the value of co-creation based on scientific analysis, as well as on the criteria for the suitability of citizen participation and co-creation.
