The School of Public Administration of Catalonia (EAPC) has published a the Open Training Space new content in legal matters that include the Regulation on the performance and operation of the public sector by electronic means and Decree 8/2021, which implements Catalan law 19/2014, of December 29, transparència, access to public information and good governance

The contents on the Processing of the digital administrative procedure. Legal vision, of the digital administration function.

Likewise, the thematic spaces ofDeepening in the administrative procedure and in the operation of the public administrations, the one of Information management: transparència and data protection  they offer an in-depth analysis of the current state of these subjects, by collaborating experts and trainers from the School.
