Certificate of representant
The certificate of representant allows any action to be taken before any administration on behalf of the person representayes, because it is issued in favor of whoever has the highest functions of representation of the entity (at the moment, there are no certificates with partial delegations).
Until now, if a notification to a company was linked to another person (concept of linked person), it could not be accessed with the certificate of representant.
This behavior has now been corrected, and if a person has a certificate of representaThe legal person or company receiving the notification must always be able to access it, regardless of whether there is a related person or not.
Related person certificate
The linked person certificate, according to the @ firma classification, is a natural person certificate even if it contains a NIF of a legal entity, therefore, it must be treated as such.
Until now, with the linked person certificate you could see the notifications for the NIF of the natural person and the NIF of the legal person contained in the certificate. From now on, this behavior has been corrected and the linked person certificate will only allow you to see those notifications for the NIF of the natural person contained in the certificate as well as the notifications to which this natural person has been linked, match or not with the NIF of legal person of the certificate.
Concept of linked person
eNOTUM It allows a natural person to be linked to a notification of a legal person, who also has access to it.
Until now, when we included a natural person as a person linked to a notification, that natural person could only access it:

T-CAT certificate
The T-CAT is a public employee certificate, in short a certificate of a natural person that relates a person to a public entity or body, but which does not confer on them the capacity to representation of the same.
Until now, with the T-CAT it was allowed to see the notifications destined to both the NIF of the natural person and the NIF of the organism.
From now on, this will be treated as a certificate of natural person and will only allow access to the notifications intended for the natural person contained in the certificate, excluding the treatment of legal person.
In the event that the natural person holding the T-CAT has the capacity to representant, you will have to prove it with a T-Cat of Representant (where this attribute is included, because the capacity of the holder has been verified before the certificate was issued).
