“Digital rights and training”, “Open Government”, “Trust and security”, “Data-based governments”, “People-centered services” and “Cultural change, resilience and sustainability” are the axes themes of this year's edition of the Digital Government Congress to be held on 9, 10 and 11 November. The 4th edition of the congress is a journey of adventure and exploration towards the discovery of new digital territories. In the company of all Catalan public entities and through a series of presentations, round tables and workshops, we will collectively develop this reference forum for reference in Catalonia in the field of digital transformation of the public sector.
The program of the 4th edition of the congress has been developed around the principles of the European Declaration on the Digital Society and Securities-Based e-Government of 8 December 2020 which have been synthesized into 6 thematic axes. Some of the news and sessions of each axis are:

The opportunities of artificial intelligence for the local world and its application with ethical and democratic criteria is one of the outstanding sessions that will be conducted by Barcelona City Council with the support of the AOC Consortium.
"Open Government"
How we can take advantage of the potential of open data will be one of the topics developed by the Secretariat of Open Government of the Generalitat de Catalunya with the session "Opening data with public value to improve public policies."
"Trust and security"
Hacking, hacking, cybersecurity breaches, computer attacks, it's time to protect yourself! And to do so, the Catalan Cybersecurity Agency will explain how to protect teleworkers from any environment with security in the cloud.
"Data-based governments"
The importance of data analysis, processing and protection has increased in recent years. So much so that it has come to be considered the gold of the XNUMXst century! The importance of data management and use during the pandemic will be the focus of the session of Tarragona City Council and the Department of Education.
