9 out of 10 participants in the 2021 Digital Government Congress recommend it

The results of the evaluation survey answered by the participants of the 4th edition of the Digital Government Congress show that 9 out of 10 people who participated would recommend the congress to their friends and colleagues, with a score of 7 o superior according to the NPS methodology. And of these, 66% are very satisfied with a score of 9 or higher. It is an excellent assessment of an atypical edition of the conference because this year the # CGD2021 has released a hybrid format combining the face-to-face participation of speakers with online attendance of participants and has a full program of sessions including presentations, round tables, roundtables and face-to-face and virtual workshops.

In terms of strengths, the people who participated in the satisfaction survey highlighted the good organization, the extensive and varied program, the hybrid format, with speakers on stage and live performances, which has allowed the audience virtual has not felt alone “at home”, and a very well-conducted thread (that of explorations) that has given dynamism and cohesion to the event.
On social media, 1500 tweets were generated, there were 350 active users, 6.000 interactions and 19.000 video views.
