Digital Transformation Module in the Local World: train yourself to lead change
In the BOE of 23 September 2020, it has been published the Royal Decree-Law 28/2020, of 22 September, on distance work, which amends Law 39/2015, of 1 October, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations (ninth final provision).
The amendment affects the entry into force of Law 39/2015, of October 1 (established in the seventh final provision), and implies that the provisions relating to the electronic registration of powers of attorney, electronic registration, registration of employees enabled public, general electronic access point of the Administration (PAGE) and single electronic file will take effect from April 2, 2021.
Despite being the third time that the obligation of the complete implantation of the electronic Administration is extended, from the AOC we work so that this is a reality for all the entities of the public sector of Catalonia before the indicated date . Therefore, this new extension will not change the timetable provided for in the implementation and adaptation of the services.
