Reminder: on May 15, the PSCP's backward compatibility web services will be discontinued
The "Vehicle and Driver Registry (ATEX4)" service, which includes the query of the data of a vehicle, a person and one by affiliation, is no longer supported by the Directorate-General of Traffic (DGT).
However, the DGT launched the fifth version of Telematic External Access (ATEX 5), incorporating data on vehicles that had not been collected until then and giving greater compliance to the legal parameters relating to data protection.
For this reason, the AOC Consortium has adapted the version it was using to the new ATEX5 version. In this sense, it has begun to migrate to all entities that were authorized and consumed the services of the registry of vehicles and drivers through the portal EACAT. This change will not impact users who make inquiries from the EACAT portal, which will only see closed the modalities that had been consuming so far and accessible the new modalities corresponding to those that were authorized:
However, for consumers of DGT services that are integrated through web services, they must urgently begin to adapt to the new environment, since the DGT has advanced the discontinuation of the provision of the service. ATEX4 next December 2017.
Specifically, you need to make changes to the messaging and modes you can find at service integration document Via Open - DGT - ATEX.
To authorize the changes to Pre-Production and Production, or to resolve any questions, you can open one integration support request.
For those of us who are already part of the new version of ATEX5, you already have it new version of the DGT service.
As indicated, these changes affect the integrated entities through web services but not the users who make the queries from the EACAT portal.
