Which municipalities have the highest ratio of use of e-notifications?

From January to June 2016: map of the municipalities with the highest ratio of use of e-NOTUM with respect to the population

Of the 225 municipalities that used e-NOTUM in the first half of the year, only 16% had a ratio above 0,1. It is for this reason that we want to highlight the effort of those entities with a ratio above average (0,06%); their use of e-notification was just over 5% of the total for the semester (80.922) but given their population (with a maximum of 336 inhabitants) their ratio places them at peak of e-NOTUM usage per capita. The first five municipalities, with ratios between 0,2% and 0,5%, are: Sant Quirze Safaja, Tavèrnoles, Palau de Santa Eulàlia, Talamanca and Passanant i Belltall.
