This May, the e-TRAM service reached a record high with 5.052 procedures, 31,6% more than in April. It should be noted that 76.6% of the procedures correspond to the “Generic application”, followed by “Complaints, suggestions and proposals” (8,4%) and the “Current registration flyer” (2,9%). This year, 19.421 procedures have already been carried out, almost half of the total for the previous year.
Regarding the service e-NOTUM, has also set a new record with almost 37 notifications. The municipalities that have reported the most have been Barcelona (5.765), Girona (352) and Sant Just Desvern (298); on the other hand, the use made of it by the Generalitat represents more than 40% of the total.
It has also been a good month for the electronic invoice: thee. FACT has managed almost 210 invoices. Given this result, the accumulated for 2016 is already close to one million invoices. As every month, the most active body is the Catalan Institute of Health, with 15,6% of the bills managed.
This month all the services of the AOC Consortium have an optimal level of availability, with an average of 99,6%.
