Sending edict notifications to the BOE throughEACAT for local entities

On June 1st, the AOC Consortium will make a new batch of documents available to Catalan local administrations.EACAT Procedures that will allow the communication of notification edicts to be managed Unique Edictal Board (TEU) of the Official State Gazette (BOE), in compliance with the provisions of Law 15/2014.

Sending to your TEUEACAT will be activated for all entities affiliated with EACAT who, before May 22, do not expressly express to the AOC Consortium their desire to do so directly to the Integrated System of the Edictal Dashboard of the AEBOE (SITE). Both channels are mutually exclusive (see link: support.aoc.cat).

IMPORTANT: the entities affiliated to EACAT who wish to use this form must be registered in the Common Directory of Organic Units and Offices (DIR3) of the Ministry of Finance and Public Administrations.
