Version 2.0 of the service Electronic Office of the AOC Consortium is now available. This new version offers the possibility of managing, in addition to the contents of the Electronic Office, the contents of the service of Transparència.
If you want to upgrade your version of SEAT, you need to consider what your case is:
- Active users of SEU-e 1.0
You can request registration for the new service Transparència and, in return, to SEU-e 2.0. To do this, you must do your application for registration, modification mode, and check the option “Transparència"
With this request we will register you in both SEU-e 2.0 and Transparència. Once you sign up, an automatic migration of SEU-e 1.0 to 2.0 will occur partially (see the migration procedure for more information).
- Non-active users of SEU-e 1.0 or users who do not have the SEU-e published on the corporate website
In this case, we will deactivate your SEO 1.0 within XNUMX days. If you wish to temporarily keep it, you must let us know this formOtherwise, if you want to have the new SEU-e 2.0 services and Transparència, you have to make your own application for registration and check the option “SEU-e, e-TAULER and Transparència":
NOTE: since you are already a user of the e-BOARD you do not have to fill in the information regarding this service.
- Users of their own SEO solution
If, despite being registered in SEO-1.0, you are NOT a user because you have your own solution for your electronic office, we will disable your SEO 1.0 within fifteen days. If you wish to temporarily keep it, you must let us know this formIn the same sense, if what you want is have the new service of Transparència, you have to make your own application for registration where you must mark the modification option:
NOTE: with this request we will only register you for Transparència.
ATTENTION: in any of the cases detailed above, you will keep registering at e-BOARD service to which you joined jointly with HIS-e 1.0.
