The Parliament of Catalonia urges the Government to strengthen the stable framework of coordination and cooperation established with the local world to deploy and apply the Law of Transparència, access to information and good governance. The Parliament, in the motion approved on June 4, highlights the role of the AOC Consortium as a facilitator of the necessary tools so that local entities can adapt and create their own portals transparència and comply with the obligations arising from the right of access to information and others provided for by law.

The motion also includes the need for the Government to approve and present before the entry into force of the aforementioned law sufficient economic and financial support so that local bodies can comply with it; sign protocols and collaboration agreements between the different actors involved (such as the Framework agreement subscribed last June 2); develop and promote a training program; develop a guide for the implementation of the law (now available, Guide to the application of the Law of transparència) or collaborate and support the Commission for the Guarantee of the Right of Access to Public Information for the exercise of its functions.
