How to protect ourselves against computer virus attacks?

cesicateDue to the "Ransomware" virus infection campaigns (encryption and hijacking of computer files) that have had an impact this year, the Information Security Center of Catalonia (CESICAT) has carried out a awareness video intended to prevent this type of infection.

Although the video is typologically oriented Ransomware, the recommendations and precautionary measures described are useful for other types of attacks and viruses that use email as a way of infection.
