Els Acknowledgments Open Administration distinguish seven categories of local administrations:
• Town halls of 1 to 500 inhabitants
• Town halls of 501 to 1.000 inhabitants
• Town halls of 1.001 to 5.000 inhabitants
• Town halls of 5.001 to 20.000 inhabitants
• Town halls of 20.001 to 50.000 inhabitants
• Town halls with more than 50.000 inhabitants
• County councils

How do we measure?
We evaluate rigorously based on our own methodology and co-designed with an expert. We explain it to you with hairs and signs and also where we get the data.
