Applications for grants to finance projects that promote the internationalization of non-profit organizations 2026 published

The submission period for Grants intended to finance projects that promote the internationalization of non-profit entities, announced by the Department of the European Union and Foreign Action, is now open.

El terms to submit applications ends on April 22, 2026.

These subsidies are, among others, aimed at universities in the university system of Catalonia, research centers, official chambers of commerce and industry, trade unions, business associations and professional associations to carry out projects that contribute to the international objectives of the Government in the priority areas, indicated in the corresponding call for these subsidies, and to the strategic planning instruments of the department responsible for European Union and foreign action and of the Government as a whole.

In addition, the internationalization project for which funding is requested must be based on at least one of the following eligible activities:

  1. Congresses, seminars, conferences and other dialogue sessions.
  2. Communication and dissemination initiatives.
  3. Advocacy campaigns aimed at international institutions and organizations.
  4. Pilot tests of innovative initiatives with the potential to be replicated internationally.
  5. Research or training programs that are developed outside the framework of formal education.
