Applications for grants for the income differential of homes attached to the Housing Fund have been published

The entities that make up the local administration of Catalonia may request aid to subsidize the difference between the objective rental income and the adjusted rental income of the homes assigned to the Rental Housing Fund intended for social policies.

El terms to submit applications ends on May 14, 2026.

The Rental Housing Fund for Social Policies is an instrument intended to make publicly and privately owned housing that is part of this Fund available to people and families at risk of residential exclusion, under a social rental regime.

The Housing Agency of Catalonia will grant an annual subsidy to those entities that make up the local administrations that have homes assigned to the Fund, that request it and that meet the requirements.

This program aims to regulate the granting of grants to entities that make up the local administration of Catalonia that manage homes that are part of the Rental Housing Fund intended for social policies, for the difference between the objective rental income and the adjusted rental income.

The objective is to contribute to the financing of the aid that these entities apply to the rents or consideration for the rental contracts or transfer of use of these homes in order to prevent situations of risk of residential exclusion. 

To submit the application, you must go to Procedures, Catalog of procedures, Housing Agency of Catalonia, "AHC – Rental Housing Fund Assignment for Social Policies".
