The process of allocating funds for the settlements of the discharge control fee accrued in 2025 and settled in 2026 by the corresponding hydrographic confederation, for discharges of wastewater into the environment carried out within the territorial limits of Catalonia, is now open.

Applications can be submitted until September 30, 2026 through the procedure ACA/ACA_00000002 Allocation of funds for the financing of the discharge control fee for the year 2025 of the catalog of procedures ofEACAT.

The Catalan Water Agency has opened the process of allocating funds for the settlements of the discharge control fee accrued in 2025 and settled in 2026 by the corresponding hydrographic confederation, for wastewater discharges into the environment carried out within the territorial limits of Catalonia, and to request it, the following steps must be followed:

  • Fill out an application for each dumping point.
  • Attach the settlement of the corresponding hydrographic confederation.
  • Attach proof of payment for the corresponding settlement.
  • Validate the form and send it through the corresponding procedure.
