Consultation of the Guaranteed Citizen Income is available through the services of Via Oberta

The consultation with the Guaranteed Citizenship Income from the General Directorate of Social Benefits of the Department of Social Rights has been incorporated into the catalog of interoperable data and documents. This service allows you to consult electronically, as part of an administrative procedure, whether a citizen is a recipient of the Guaranteed Citizenship Income and the amounts received for this benefit within a range of dates.

In order to avoid giving more data than necessary for administrative processing, different types of consultation have been created:

Citizens' Guaranteed Income Consultation: This method allows you to check if a citizen is obtaining the guaranteed income through their identification document and the answer obtained will only return: "Charge", "No charge" or "No information".

Citizenship Guaranteed Income History Query: This method allows you to check if a citizen is obtaining guaranteed income through their identification document and a specific period of time. In the event that the person consulted is receiving the benefit, the months and amounts charged by each of them will be indicated. The “charge” result includes activatable RGCs and non-activatable RGCs, but does not include state pension supplement data.

The date of disposition of the information of the Guaranteed Income of Citizenship, from which the search of the information can be done, is of July of 2020. Likewise, both modalities are limited to the consultation of the person holder of the benefit. Consequently, the current service does not allow consultation by beneficiaries.
