The Catalan Water Agency (ACA) publishes the service , which allows you to apply for authorization to carry out works in the public hydraulic domain (DPH) and / or police area (ZP). Includes the following types of works:
- Constructions or legalizations (in ZP): any type of structure or installation of a definitive or provisional nature that is located up to 100 meters from the public hydraulic domain: buildings, enclosures, pipes, etc.
- Modifications of the relief (in ZP): any modification of the land of a definitive or provisional nature that is located up to 100 meters from the public hydraulic domain.
- Rainwater drains in a channel (in DPH): outlet structures of rainwater networks, gutters, retention tanks, culverts, etc. on river bedseres.
- Embankments, defenses, covers, burials and dredging oferes (in DPH): works or interventions whose main objective is the protection against floods, the protection of the banks of the river, the fixing of the bed of the channel, the covering or the burying of the channel or an improvement of the hydraulic capacity or the recovery of the values natural resources of the river space. These are actions with a direct impact on river morphology and morphodynamics
- Floodable fords, bridges, walkways and drainage works (in DPH): crossing works whose purpose is to be able to cross the riverseresThey can be at the level of the riverbed or with some type of structure that allows the passage of high-recurrence avenues.
- Conservation and maintenance oferes (in DPH): far-reaching actions or protected area that aim to reduce any element that disturbs the functionality of the river system, respecting and / or ordering the natural values, as well as the different elements that make it up.
