STATEMENT – Platform instability EACAT

Given the recent instability of the Catalan Administrations Extranet (EACAT), we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

We are aware that EACAT has become a key element in the day-to-day life of Catalan public administrations, and that its level of service and quality must be based mainly on its stability. For this reason, in the last year we have taken different actions to improve the infrastructures of AOC services (expansion of hardware and software resources, improvement in data management and in the basic architecture).

However, in recent weeks, a series of incidents have accumulated that have a serious impact on the daily functioning of the Catalan administrations.

From the AOC Consortium we are working with the resources we have to recover the platform. EACAT (which includes access to other AOC services).
