[Resolved][AOC] Incident detected in the VALID service

10/11/2020 11:30h: Service performance problems for self-employed aid users have been resolved.

10/11/2020 09:00h: As of early today, all services that use the VALID service for user identification are working completely normally.

The ongoing impact is limited to the procedure of the Generalitat de Catalunya regarding the aid of 2.000 euros for self-employed people affected by the economic consequences of covid-19.

09/11/2020 09:00h: We inform you that the VÀLid service has been experiencing performance problems since this morning (09/11/2020) at 09:00h, coinciding with the large volume of concurrent requests originating from a Generalitat procedure.

We are working to restore normal service as quickly as possible.
