How to apply for the service
Important: If you are a public administration provider, you will find information on how to send invoices to How do I bill electronically if I am a supplier?
1. If you are a local entity
You will find the procedure for applying for the service, a EACAT Procedures (consult how to join EACAT)> provider Consorci AOC, Service CAOC – Request for services > “Application for registration and modification of AOC services” procedure.
It is important to consider:
- That form must be downloaded from the entity that asks the service.
- In order to be able to download the registration form, the EACAT user manager must have assigned you “CAOC service - Request for Services”.
- That, once the form has been completed and validated, it will have to be signed electronically and send it via the "Submit" button on the form itself or throughEACAT Procedures> Registration window.
- If you would like your logo to appear in your delivery box, you can send it to us with the PDF Clip icon (the format of the logo must be in .gif with a maximum height of 65 pixels).
2. If you are a department of the Generalitat or a dependent body
To request the service and other issues regarding electronic invoicing, you must contact Public sector electronic invoice support, to the e-mail address efactura@gencat.cat.
3. If you are a private platform for electronic invoicing services for companies or you are an accounting software provider for local authorities
In order to join the service, you must send through contact form the membership application you will find in the link Documentation for e.FACT integration.
