The Catalog of Interoperable Data and Documents in Catalonia (CDiDIC) is the tool provided by the public sector of Catalonia to make effective the right of citizens not to provide data and documents that are in the possession of public administrations according to is established in article 21 of Law 29/2010, on the use of electronic media in the public sector of Catalonia). This law also entrusts the AOC Consortium with the management of the catalog and the elaboration of the CDiDC management and use protocolThe Catalogue is structured into units called services. Via Oberta. A service corresponds to a set of data or an electronic document with a unique functional or legal entity and usually related to a provider or type of provider. Each service is organized into different subsets of data of interest called consumption modalities. NOTE: if you are a body of the Administration of the Generalitat, you must access through the Administrative integration and collaboration platform (PICA) which is managed by the Office of Processes and Electronic Administration (OPAE).
