The AOC participates in the International Week BBS-University of Bologna explaining the strategy of the AOC
On November 30, the AOC organized a work session addressed to all county councils to inform them of the news, status and roadmap of the AOC's services. The session will be held at the headquarters of the Baix Llobregat County Council and can also be followed by video conference.
The day began with the welcome of Cristian Rastrojo, manager of the Baix Llobregat regional council, and Marta Arderiu, Deputy Director of Digital Transformation and Services of the AOC. Then, the following presentations were made by the different heads of service of the AOC:
Ferran Farriol, head of the Open Government services, presented the novelties in several services: new graphic visualizations of data from the transparency portal and verification of documents using a secure verification code (csv), new citizen portal of the e-TAULER service, and new work procedures and register of the e-TRAM electronic processing service.
Judith Waters, head of the e-NOTUM service, presented the news in relation to the new citizen portal for access to electronic notifications, the publication of the new messaging for integrations through web services, the improvements for access to notifications for part of the representatives, and the integration with the State's electronic notification system (DEHú – Single Enabled Electronic Address).
Rubén Jericho, head of the Ethical Mailbox and El Meu espai services, explained the current state of both services, as well as some related legal aspects and the resources available from the AOC to help implement the services.
Gemma Varona, head of the e-SET service, explained the new governance model of the e-SET service – the working method to digitize internal management – highlighting its key aspects and the current challenges that need to be addressed with the support of delegations, such as adaptation to the needs of users, updating documentation, and new tools for evaluating and monitoring the implementations carried out.
Anna Giné, head of the digital certification service, presented statistics of TCAT issuances during 2022 and comparisons between card and software issuances, and explained the procedure to be followed for the reimbursement of revoked T-CAT card office by the AOC due to the change in the cryptographic chip rating of T-CATs issued before April 13, 2023.
Vicky Millan, head of the e-Procurement service, recalled the most important technological aspects to be taken into account by the entities that have integrated the public procurement services platform (PSCP) and electronic tendering (e-LICITA) with web services, emphasizing in the coexistence calendar of the new and old web services as well as the planned date for the discontinuance of the latter.
Beatrice Tudel, head of the Territorial Revitalization and Advisory Unit, explained the state of the functional validations - which are being led by the service heads of the AOC - of the integrations carried out by different suppliers in their management applications files
Carles ferrer, head of projects of the Regional Revitalization and Advisory Unit, explained the status of the 2023 grant call for county councils and the forecast for a new call in 2024.
The meeting was held in a participative and interactive manner by all the people present, which made it possible to resolve doubts and debate various issues that emerged throughout the session.
