Sharing the experiences and challenges overcome benefits not only your council but also the other local entities, speeding up progress and avoiding duplication of effort.DigiCanvis Observatory offers councils the opportunity to contribute to the dissemination of innovative initiatives and learn about other successfully implemented digital transformation projects.
Participating in the Observatory is simple. Just fill in one form with the necessary information so that other councils can replicate your project. The form should contain a brief description of the project, objectives, steps taken, results achieved and lessons learned. In addition, it is important to indicate the tools and technologies used, as well as any challenges overcome during the process.
Once we receive your file, we will work together to present the information in a clear and understandable manner. In this way, other councils will be able to identify the value that your project can bring to them and consider how they can apply it to their situation.
We encourage you to present your digital transformation projects and to be part of the Digicanvis Observatory. If you have implemented a successful digital transformation project or have a pilot experience that you would like to share, send us your DigiCanvi proposal!

From projects that show how innovation and creativity can help reduce the digital divide to solutions that use artificial intelligence or big data in internal management.
