The deadline for communicating contractual data for the year 2023 to RPC ends February 29th

As advanced in theprevious post, to comply with the deadlines established in the regulations that regulate the transmission of contractual data to the Public Register of Contracts, it is necessary that before the February 29, 2024, the data of the contracts corresponding to the year 2023 are reported to the Public Register of Contracts. In this sense, the contracting bodies must review, before this date, the contracts in "contracting body" status or "returned contract" with the aim of making the shipment as soon as possible. We also remind you of the obligation to use this service, also to inform, when appropriate, the contractual situations (modifications, extensions and liquidations) relating to the contracts already sent. To facilitate this task, we remind you of the specific support content to carry out these actions: We also put at your disposal the Portal of Support of the Public Register of Contracts.
