When is the deadline for communicating contractual data for the year 2023 to the RPC?

In order to comply with the deadlines established in the regulations governing the transmission of contractual data to the Public Register of Contracts, we inform you that the February 29, 2024, is the last day to report your data for the contracts corresponding to the 2023 financial year. It has been detected that there are still pending contracts. If you have contracts in the "contracting body" or "returned contract" status, send them as soon as possible. From the AOC Consortium we would also like to remind you of the obligation to use this service also for the transmission of contractual situations relating to the contracts transmitted (modifications, extensions and liquidations). Therefore, it is necessary that before the next day 29 February 2024, all the data relating to the contracts be reported to the RPC. We also put at your disposal the Portal of Support of the Public Register of Contracts.
