On the occasion of the transfer of the data processing center (CPD) of the AOC Consortium, an intervention has been scheduled from Friday April 5 at 17 p.m. until Monday April 8 at 7am. This change responds to the strategy of directing our services to cloud data centers which must provide the AOC Consortium with a much more powerful, flexible, scalable and secure infrastructure, to allow it to continue to respond adequately to the important higher growth 10% per annum of our services.
As a result of this intervention, different services of the AOC may experience total or partial interruptions in their operation. The expected impacts are the following:
Services partially affected:
- idCAT Certificate (issues of idCAT certificates from Registration Entities)
- idCAT Mobile (online registrations)
- Public Procurement Services Platform (access from local bodies and universities via integration and through EACAT)
- Public Register of Contracts (access by local bodies and universities via integration and through EACAT)
- e-LICITA (register of offers via MUX)
Services affected with total service cut (web services and public employee and citizen environments - if you have any):
- e-SUITCASE
- e-NOTUM
- e-BOARD
- e-TRAM and FUE
- e-FACT
- EACAT
- COPY
- Unified Registry (MUX)
- Transparency and SE-e
- Via Abierta
- Subject holders
- YOU ARE
- It represents
- My Space
Services not affected:
- VALID
- Signer
- Timestamp (PSIS)
In this sense from the AOC we will carry out the following communication actions:
- Publication of the effects in the section Status of services
- Informative floating screens for the different services affected, both of a public nature (citizenship) and at edition level (management portals with access from EACAT). They will be activated at least 15 days before the service cut.
- Sending informative message from EACAT to all service users.
Additionally, and in relation to the affected services that have an associated term calculation (e-NOTUM, e-LICITA, e-TRAM, EACAT Tràmits and e-TAULER) you will find detailed information on the actions taken by the AOC at our blog.
It is expected that services will gradually be restored from Sunday 7 April until the end of the intervention scheduled for Monday 8 April at 7am.
The updated information on this affectation is available in the section of thestatus of AOC services of our website.
We apologize for the inconvenience this cut may cause you.
