The eLicita tools add a new functionality that allows sending the notification associated with the requirements, through the eNOTUM service, without the need to leave the application to do it in parallel, either from the PSCP, or from the same eNOTUM, as it had to be done until now.
The process for sending requests for amendments/clarifications/accrediting documentation to the companies that have submitted an offer to the procurement files through the Digital Sobre or Telemática tools, integrated with the PSCP, complying with the availability of reliable notification and creation of a space that allows the response to the request to be sent, in a single action.
The operation of the functionality is the same that had to be followed until now to open a request in the eLicita tools, but now the sending of an electronic notification is added, in addition to the possibility of sending a notice by mail electronic, in the same process, while defining the proper parameters of a notification to make integration possible.
