The PSCP incorporates new functionalities
The provision of new web services of the Public Procurement Services Platform, which allow the automatic transfer of data to the Publications Manager through third-party procurement file managers, began the 6-month period defined by the discontinuity of the Backward Compatibility service. This is the service that allows you to communicate through web services with the current tool (PSCP 2), using the messaging corresponding to the old web service (corresponding to PSCP 1).
Let us remember, therefore, through this publication, that organizations that are using old web services and transfer data automatically to the PSCP from their managers, without having developed the new integration services, have until 15/05/2024 to be able to adapt their tools to the new messaging, given that on this date, Back compatibility services will be discontinued and those integrations that have not been adapted will be disabled.
The new web service allows, likewise and unlike the obsolete Backward Compatibility services, to report all phases of the file, as well as all the data, from the managers of recruitment files to the Publications Manager of the PSCP necessary to reach the publication, so that only access to the tool is required to perform the action of publishing by a validating user of the contracting body.
The same service also incorporates the tender retrieval operations of the eLicita tools, which although they were already available in the previous services, have been unified with the messaging system used by the PSCP 2.0 (calls REST).
You can consult the new integration documentation through the Github of the AOC Consortium. To request integration, whether what you need to do is to adapt your managers to the new service, or if you are re-integrating, you must send us the AOC services integration form.
