The recent renewal of the Public Procurement Services Platform (PSCP) incorporates a new publication service from third-party systems, as we had progressed in previous publications.
The new web service allows the PSCP Publications Manager to be informed of all the phases of the file, as well as all the data necessary to reach the publication, so that only access to the tool is needed to make the action of publishing by a validating user of the contracting body.
The same service also incorporates the tender retrieval operations of the eLicita tools, which although they were already available in the previous services, have been unified with the messaging system used by the PSCP 2.0 (calls REST).
From the AOC Consortium we have developed, since the implementation of the current tool, the integration gateway adapted to this service, necessary for you to be able to consume it from your recruitment file managers. So, we are already in a position to offer it to you for that, either initiate the integration with the service, or apply the webservices change to your systems, in case you are already integrated and making use of the backward compatibility services.
Those of you who are in this second case (already integrated and making use of backward compatibility services) you should consider modifying the integration of your systems, before its discontinuance by the Department of Economy and Finance, in a period of 6 months.
You can consult the new integration documentation through the Github of the AOC Consortium and request integration with the new services by sending us the AOC services integration form.
